BILLING POLICY

It is very important to us that our clients receive good value for the services we perform. While we do whatever is necessary to protect our clients' interests, we are also careful to spend only the time that is necessary and reasonable, given the relative size and complexity of the matter, in order to bring the litigation to a successful conclusion.

Our statements are usually sent monthly, and are itemized so that our clients can see exactly the nature of the work, how long it took and by whom it was completed. All of our statements are then carefully reviewed before they are sent to our clients and adjustments may be made, when necessary, to ensure that our clients are being charged a fair price. We are always glad to discuss any aspect of our bills at any time.
